isolating the target

wadup everyone

Ive recently been thinking about isolation. i know how to isolate, but im not sure when to do it. do you run the opener, ignore the target, win over her friends then tell her you want to show her something (cube or watever), or is that too ambitious? should you wait for a couple of IOI's first?

What has worked for me is to wait for a couple of IOI's. Once that happens, the best bet is to feel the vibe and when it is right, tell her friends, "I feel bad because I have been ignoring her [referring to the target], is it ok if I talk to her over there for a minute." Make sure you clearly point out where you are going to be when you do this. Then say, "We'll make some space so you guys can join us in a bit." Happy Sargin
