| I've been to see a couple of live bands and it's some seriously loud shit, making conversation over that level of noise is definately tricky. Whereas in a normal club the noise is usually bearable and you can just get a girl to move somewhere quieter (or use the music as an excuse to get closer), if a live band is playing it's usually much louder and you'll literally have to scream in her ear if you want her to hear you. You could talk quickly in between songs, but of course the dude is gonna be talking about whatever they're about to play next so you don't have a lot of time to work with. Also, if she is really into the music you aren't gonna get her to go outside with you because she'll miss the next song. Opinion openers are completely out of the question because, let's face it, how the hell were you having a conversation with your friends while the music was playing? It's just not practical or realistic. Anything long winded is out. Short, sharp, and to the point is the only way to go here.
Places like this are all about energy. I don't know what your agenda is when you go out; some guys wanna make a connection and get a girls number then take her out some day after that, some guys wanna pull her home. Either way, you're gonna have a hell of a time doing so if you can't talk. That's fine though, all you need to do is find a way to isolate quickly without much talking between you and her. There's a simple key to this... and that is, in all honesty, not to do any cold approaches. They aren't something you can rely on consistently in scenarios such as this. Your best bet is to just relax and have a good time, go a little crazy and dance or whatever, and when you notice IOIs you can act on them. If you're getting approach invitations it's very easy to go up and be direct, tell her to come with you for a sec and once she's isolated somewhere quieter just tell her you wanted to talk to her and there's no way you could do it over the music. You can do this as a cold approach aswell but she is less likely to leave her friends if she hasn't noticed you already.
