A month ago I came to university and am living with 10 others, including 5 girls. A HB7.5 lives with me and we hit it off straight away, but she has a boyfriend and I think I run the risk of falling into the 'friend zone'.

She's given me a few IOI's, I reckon, but not sure. Firstly, for the first 2 weeks I knew about her boyfriend but she would never, ever mention him to me. She's told me that I'm nice looking, I have nice teeth, nice hair etc. but she also sometimes drops in comments that she thought I was gay, I have girly hands, small feet... basically trying to belittle me (I'm pretty slim, but am 6 foot so not really 'small') . I'm naturally quite an outspoken person so have no problem in coming back from these petty insults, just wondered what you make of them?

Recently, she said that she's tried really hard to get to know me and I pushed her away, also she's told me about another boy she likes - maybe trying to make me jealous?

I'm decent looking, have had a few girls flirt with me in her presence which I suppose shows high value. She cracked a joke last week that she thought I was asexual, my female friend came to visit me and I screwed her good and proper - her screams and moans could be heard throughout the whole house and has become a running joke, so that kind of sorted that out.

Any help would be really appreciated guys - I still get on really well with her and she often comes into my room at night and we talk for a while. I can see that I'm not showing enough interest, but how do I drop that in now - it would probably seem pretty out of character?

seems like she's thrown a few shit tests your way, like the asexual and small feet etc crap.
i think best bet would be to slowly start with kino. by having her in your room at night you can assume that she's pretty comfortable around you, so i'd suggest maybe teasing her a bit and get more attraction going with more DHVs and false takeaways etc, otherwise you're going to be friendzoned soon. maybe try some push pull as well.
