How do you run game on girls you already know? I mean girls who you already have an established rep with of being the friend. How do I break out of the "friend zone"/Established Reputation to get some play from these girls?

first you want to ask yourself if you're willing to risk your friendship with the girl in question. rather meet some new girls and game them. i dont think its worth the effort to try break out of the zone, especially when things go bad (which happens almost every time)
if you do decide to go for it anyway, become a bit of a stranger. by this i mean lose contact with them a bit and change your appearance a tiny bit. maybe get a new hairstyle, get a tan or something. you want to look a little different so that, subconsciously, they feel like they dont know you as well as they thought when they zoned you (remember, zoning you was also not a conscious decision, maybe this is a case of fighting fire with fire?)
then, start kino-ing slowly. you have to slow your game down a lot otherwise they might call you out on it. because you're a friend, you already have a lot of comfort. too much comfort. so work on attraction by kino-ing, doing DHV's etc and not talking about the weather. if this is done right then you can make her crave your attention and touch. this is tricky and difficult. its not worth the effort dude.
