I do Karaoke at least once a week at a bar not far from my house. I am in no way a good singer, but I know what I can do. There have been a few times where a girl has asked me to sing a specific song (i.e. Journey - Don't Stop Believing) that I know that I would totally butcher. I don't know how to react to this. I don't want to look scared and DLV, but at the same time, if I went up there and was totally horrible, wouldn't that DLV? I could do it in a jokingly way which I have tried in the past, but didn't really get decent results. So how would you deal with the situation?

Now everbody has there own style but here is what i would do.
If a girl asked me to sing a song even if i knew i could sing it , she just like running normal game would have to work for it, even throw a few negs in there, dont just do it because she asks you

View it as a hoop and make one for her... "Oh, I'll sing it, if you sing it with me *wink*" And then keep smiling and just goof around at bit. Keep good eye contact with her, maybe even throw in some innocent kino if you get a chance.

If you sing badly and feel ashamed about it, it's a DLV.. If you have a good time and entertain others, it's a DHV no matter how badly you sing. If you don't have the voice, make a show out of it with dancing, making faces etc
