I've known this girl for quite a while, but I don't see her often (rarely even and almost exclusively school-related).
The point is that after she suggested it, she said: "I know you're my buddy, so I know you'll be good."
The thing is I don't know why she said it, as I never made any advances on her in the past and wasn't really planning on doing so until she said this, cause now I'm intrigued.
So I was like: "Good? What are you suggesting? That I'm going to try to hit on you?"
She said: "I'm nog suggesting anything, I just know you'll be good."
Then I said: "This is reversed psychology and wishfull thinking from your side if you ask me. I'm way to cool to hit on you. You can't have me."
She said:"Haha, yeah, I propably couldn't handle you right?"
I said: "Damn straight!"
Then I said: "I have to go. Don't put anything in your head now! It ain't gonna happen!".
So is all of this a good sign or a bad sign? Did she just wanna make clear that nothing was going to happen even though I never made any advances towards her in the past? Or is there another reason? And did I react in a good way?
I'm propably gonna try to sleep with her anyway, cause I'm intrigued, but I would like to know what her intentions were by saying that.
Any advice/opinions will be greatly appreciated!
