In all honesty, that was a very boring conversation. You asked question after question after question after question after question after question after question..... she doesnt really read what you say, just see's what i just wrote. Her responce is always "something, u?" She isnt really enjoying the convo, its not going anywhere.
Every other guy and girl she knows has a conversation like that on msn. Take it somewhere.
I'll give you an example, most people say "hi, how are you". I dont.

Madals : "heya *nickname*. I did such an amazing thing today, you would not beleive the feeling you get from helping someone out. Ok, i didnt help them out much. I was just sitting there at lunch with my friends and this guy was sitting alone, so i went and introduced him to some people. Shouldda seen his smile. Do you do a good deed every day? "

Ofc, not every conversation would start with so much, but you get the idea. Its not the NORMAL. You made her actually read and if she has any interest in you then i will gaurentee you will get a better conversation out of her after an opening like that. Always be pushing the convo forward, try not to ask "common" question to much. Make statements, dont feel you have to ask a question to get a responce, thats needy.
