Alright i got a few questions, nothing new i hope but here it is.

I was job hunting yesterday with a friend, walk in to the place, see a hb7, running the register, empty place. Not my type of place so only he applies. Well i get the idea to approach her, got a opener ready...

Mili: what times do you open and close?
hb7: typical bs about hours
after this i froze out and just ended the convo, partially cause i didnt think it through after that, like she was gonna just spill out the most interesting thing ever i guess.

im not aiming high i just wanted to break the ice and get good at that and move on, my sticking point is just that, i have a hard time trying to figure out how to break the ice. i know all the things or so i think i do, but i lack material.

ps. someone suggested running tangent topics about work and doing apps or trad style openers.
