Yesterday, I went out on a most enlightening outing with a lady. She's single, in her 40s (quite attractive in my books), though I wasn't going to hit on her. Basically, she's an intelligent and experienced woman who knows what she talks.

Recently, I was put on stage in a function where I delivered a speech that sufficiently impressed the crowd, in the company of this lady.

Throughout our meeting last night, we talked a lot of things, and one thing she did give me was a psycho-analysis. She said I often project myself too strongly as a person to the point that people might find my confidence and intelligence intimidating. I guess that's what happens when you model yourself after Captain Kirk and Captain Picard.

She didn't use those words, but I think I have really massive bastard shield (like how some chicks have their bitch shields) protecting myself. I'm not a nasty person, but people who don't know me might find me arrogant.

They say the qualities of a PUA include being 'alpha', and a little cocky. I think I possess those qualities in such abundance that it's hurting my game... and my job interviews.

Any advice people?
