Hey, I feel like a dick because its the first time posting here and its to ask for some direct advice and help, so my bad guys..

So I knew about PUA and have read up a little bit about it, but generally when I go to parties or such I do my own thing that has a decent success rate.. the damn problem is I am usually drunk, which relieves any anxiety that I might have. Now, thats not to say I am not a talkative person, I just get anxiety when I try to make a move on HBs that would be a 7+. So with this background, onto the problem...

So there is a girl in my class (college) who was in almost all of my classes last semester and in 3 of my classes this semester. She went to my high school but we hung out with different crowds and I never talked to her or really knew her. But since we did know each other's names, we do acknowledge each other. For example, if I open the door for her and no one is around she will say hi to me or the other day she complimented something I was wearing (a badass ninja turtle shirt) and started asking me where I got it and how she wanted one and stuff. I would say she is a 8 which of course intimidates me, and as crazy as it sounds I do kinda feel threatened by her (I don't know how.) So I don't know how to start conversations or get close to her. She sits far from me in every class, except for one where she sits directly behind me. Anyone give me some tips as to what to say/do to hook up with this chick?

Ok so your intimidated by her and all 7's +,that isn't nothing new with a newbie.My suggestion is to take a deep breath and just talke to her about something she would remember about high school then there is your opener then go into another routine.Then just ask her out ..Or when you are in one of the classes that she doesnt sit close by,make up a old school note and put wanna go get a drink? circle yes or no .. She will find it very funny,but the key is to smile at here and not act like you care what her answer is..You could put in it give me it back after class or just come give it to me..When she is sitting behind you,you could have so much fun with her like turn around and say would you quit poking me and then smile and stick out your tounge.Then wait a few and turn around again and say it again.if your comming across as being funny about it and not meening nothing by it she will find it funny and may think you would be cool to hang out with...But with you and her going to high school together and being from the same town and all you and her should hit it off really well..Just be funny and come across as being a guy who would be fun to be around..Good luck man...

You need to understand what it is like to get blown out by her because she is an hb over 7 so you can become numb later on, do not think that you are skilled enough to succeed right now with an hb 7 or above it wont happened until you develop calibration

Well first off, if I am going to crash and burn then I want to do it in style by fail, not giving up.
Second, are there any other openers (I like two of the ones given) that you guys can suggest to me?
