I'm REALLY REALLY new and i am trying to figure out a plan I have seen a lot of techniques but trying to figure one out for a club scene with a girl that I know and like any suggestions on opener and the rest?

Yes, one suggestion.

Practice your stuff on girls that have no meaning for you, if you really like this girl, dont do the rookie mistakes with her!

I practice my material on friends and colleagues. Some start really good conversations.

Ezoghoul hit the nail on the head. You've got to study, practice, and internalize the things you learn until they become second nature, and keep everything congruent with "you." If you start throwing canned game at this girl you've known for a while, she'll know somethings up. One of the most important aspects of PU, in my opinion, is modifying your game so that you can deliver it in a natural way, that flows with your personality. Otherwise your game will be transparent and you'll draw the label of fake, or player.

Also, don't sweat it if things don't work out with this girl you want (even though I know they will) because its her loss, and thats the attitude you should take away from it. Go to it man; learn, practice, go out in the field and most of all have fun.

Everyone else is right. You have to practice on girls with no meaning to you, but I would also add that you need to work on your inner game as well. There are a lot of great articles, videos and books that explain inner game. You can't rely soley on a routine or what you've practiced in the past. Being a true pick up artist means that you aren't just a robot but you can take in the things occuring around you and be able to say interesting things based on your surroundings. Use what you practiced to open the girls and to fill any lulls in the conversation but don't rely on just that alone because you can easily crash and burn. Confidence is everything!!!
