Hey guys...
how do i get over my shyness??

im to shy, and my voice is really low (vol)
and when i speak with somone i have nothing to say..
no reaction..

help?

Hey Dawn,

I'm shy too, but I've managed to overcome it somehow. Im doing the step by step approach of doing it.

I started watching the Pickup Artist on VH1, and got an intro on canned material (great for us shy guys who don't feel we have anything to say or talk about), then i read the following books:

The Mystery Method: How to Get Beautiful Women Into Bed, by Mystery
The Game by Neil Strauss

both contains material on Mystery Method, which has alot of canned material which will get the girls talking, and get you in a more talkative mood.

After that I read "David Deangelo - Double Your Dating".

But if you're shy you should read up more on Inner Game. That's where you'll struggle most at first. Read the book, Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers. And do what it instructs even though you think its corny.

My friend reccommended these books aswell, they will help you on inner game and body language (started reading them yesterday):
John Alexander - How To Become An Alpha Male
Carlos Xuma - Secrets Of The Alpha Male

I was shy too, most of us were and some still are!

What helped me was to be prepared. Most of my fear came from... Ok I opened so what do I say now?
If you have a few conversational threads that you can throw in you know that you will not get the awkward silence.

I make comments about the set like the powerpuff girls neg...

Are you shy with your friends? No I dont think so, you just have to realize that the girls out there are no different. They also have friends and they are also just human...

if im with my frinds im not shy.. not that much, but
im not really talkactive..
most of the time i just dont have anything to say..

i will practice some more canddid matirial and see
how it works..
