Hey all,

So here's a problem I am having. There's this HB9 I know, as in I am friends with her best friend and we would stop for a brief chat if we accidentally bump into each other on the street.

So over the weekend I decided to start gaming her and in the beginning of the week I initiated a txt convo to start building attraction. I guess it was mixed success but in any case there were some positive signs in conversation + body language the very next day. Thus I decided to ask her to come hang out with me and my buddies tonight, I wanted to make sure it does not look like a date, but rather hey I am going to place X, tag along for good times. She said she can't make it, but since it was over txt I could not figure whether she was genuinely busy, or simply blew me off and I didn't want to start a conversation about it especially since I've arranged for a HB8.5 to come instead.

In any case, I wonder what is the optimal subsequent move. I can ditch texts and call her up on Saturday to come out with us to the bars (I read this as stepping up the aggressiveness.) Alternativey, I can call her friend, without calling the HB herself, and see if she comes out anyway. Lastly, I could postpone asking her out for the next weekend, because I also have the feeling approaching her twice for the span of 2-3 days might be too much. What do you guys think?
