okay i go to this party, its nice big party w/e they have beer pong and quarters and whatever else... after standing awkwardly with friends for 5 minutes i decide to sit down and play quarters there are 2 guys playing and 3 girls playing.. It seems like everything is going okay, but uhh I dont know what I should have done next, and eventually some other guys came into the game and i got pushed further away from the girls, who I was actually able to interact with for a few minutes... and it went all down hill..

so question is I just sit down, now what do I do to attract one of them, and how do i get them out of the party or w/e im complete newbie to this shit

You should work on being social and just talking to people work your way up to being the center of attention then worry about pulling them. ITs going to take a lot of practice put just get out there and put yourself out there.
