It is all down to social skills really, and also making friends.
Let us say you hit up Club X in your local area.
Take a few friends along and start making friends with the bouncers first and foremost by visiting the club often, shaking hands/greeting/saying goodbye to the bouncers and the occasional chat with them.
If you can, bring along some hot girls as that will already give you the upper hand and maximise social proof.
Chat to the guys who work at the bar (I'll say why in a minute
) and the friendly looking female ones. For the female ones that seem to have bitch shields, build up social proof by chatting to random women around the bar in close proximity to bar girls so they see you have social proof and not the random creepy guy who sits at the bar looking at women.
Start making friends with everyone at the club, and then work your way to get to know the manager/owner, and then you will have maximum social proof. Once you have maximum social proof, HB9/10's will be wanting you.
You can then bounce HB9/10's from that club to other clubs and start building up social proof in those clubs!
