when your talking to an hb and she mentions that she is taking a class that you had takin in the past:

hb: im taking blah blah with blah blah

PUA: oh i had that class last semester, you know if you need any help at all(in sincere voice).... there is a tutor center in the blah blah :)

hb: smile; punch in the arm

If you don't understand the concept of C&F it's probably best not to reply...

Pete, that's a good example of C&F and I like it, should get a laugh. From there you can just stack into normal comfort/rapport building stuff and get her to start hanging out with you.

i agree, good example here....and you even made it clear to be sincere let me go to further mention though that if you said soemthing like

if you need ANY help at all (sincere)....be just a bit better

by exagerrating the ANY it almost says to her yeah i now he is gonna say you can come see me..

well surprise ending...

..if you need ANY help at all (sincere & Pause) there is a tuturing center in the ______ building lol
