My biggest sticking point...

Ok, so here I am, and I can talk. I can talk to one person and make them feel on top of the world, make them feel as if they are the most spectacular person ever. Thats 1 on 1... when it comes to talking in a group I just shut up, I cant talk I dont know why but I cant pull out what I do for one person with even 2 people.
And then theres a whole group of people I have to open!? No guys and its a little tiny bit easier, but I'm still screwed.

Any help on this other then to just straight up practice conversing?

I guess your focus is generally about depth. When you're running a set, your conversation should be a little more about breadth since you can't just drill one hole here (metaphorically speaking).

Practice talking to sets of people. Your best friend here is practice. Perhaps Style's green light, yellow light, red light thing will help you here. Imagine everyone as a traffic light. Green means they are completely cool with you, yellow means you're losing them, and red means they don't like you. Make everyone green.
