She likes you already, man. It's time to reward her with IoIs and build up kino with her. What I like to do is, after spending some time with her, just spreading my arms a bit, look her in the eyes, say "Come here." and give her a big, nice hug. Make sure it lasts a while and that she enjoys it.

After the hug, keep her in your arms and look her in the eyes and smile. If she doesn't want to stay in your arms, then let go, but if she does, and looks back at you, it's safe to move in for the kiss.

EDIT: If she moves away when you try to kiss her, it's not a big deal!! The thing that is a big deal, is how you react to it. If you shrug and smile, you can try to kiss her on a later occasion. But if you freak out, it's a bit of a turn of.
