Hi guys, can someone tell me a bit more about phase shifting? After al the negging and CF, and you can see that she wants you, how does your attitude change? What kind of phase do yo shift into?

First of all: stay dominant. That's your attitude; your dominant, but you can start to show some vulnerabilities. Don't become either pushy nor needy and desperate just because you won her over, but it's good to reward her.

Second: build kino from the beginning, and use more of it now that you're in comfort.

Start rewarding her (qualifying) for stuff about her. Show her that you have a slight interest in her by making her talk about herself and rewarding her for her traits. A classic way to phase shift, is by saying "So, what do you have going for you more than your good looks?" (courtesy of Mystery). If she answers and starts qualifying, you're ready to build comfort, and say stuff like "I like that in a woman", if she gives you a personality trait, and so on. Get to really know her, and let her know you.
