guys,

i know its a school boy error on my part but i walked into this estate agency a few weeks ago, and got chatting to the hot girl in the there (fluff talk), she showed me around a few properties and then called the next day to get feedback etc. I then asked her to show me more places and she obliged, and i havent spoken to her since, not due to fear, but i was away for like a week, then freakishly busy. I know what your gonna say, i pussied out or whatever, but i need an opener or something to say on the phone to get the ball rolling again. cant let this one go!! any help much appreciated.
