What's a good thing to say when girls start talking about other guys?

My instinct tells me to throw in a false disqualifier something like "Are you single? He seems like a nice guy I'll tell him you're interested" but im not sure if this is the best move.

there's this girl Im hitting on, her best friend just started a relationship, so she was all "damn, I want a boyfriend too" and I hang up with them and listened to her saying this things like this, telling about the guy she TOUGHT she was falling to, I just ignored as I was with both of them and etc
later on msn at some time she started talking about this shit... like "oh.. I hate when Im falling for someone :/ ....." I said "bleh, away with that shitty topic with me..." her: "heauheua geez, why?" me: "Im not interested =)"
then we came back to our normal frame, she told me I was an annoying boy and then started IOIng saying I had been a nice guy with her the day before, and that was a miracle...

you see, I just draw the line...

ps2: Im brasilian, and live in brasil also, so some quotes Im trying to translate, since english and portuguese are kinda different I just hope you guys get the point
