Hey you guys, I just came back from holiday. I've been in Croatia with 6 of my best friends and I had a great time visiting that country and having loads of fun with my friends. I have opened many sets this holiday but I only highlighted the ones I thought were most interesting to me
During the trip I made my first discovery that 5 of the 6 have read The Game and on the holiday I had the chance to finish it myself
The first day we arrived we chilled out, got to know our neighbours and stuff and 4 of us decided to go out, the rest was tired and didn't want to go out. So we enter the club and with 3 of my most natural friends we soon developed some groups of girls around us. One of my mates was talking to some girl and I decided to act as a wingman for him so I occupied the 6-set by talking to them a little about their holiday so far and stuff. Some cute girls were in the 6-set, and I got some good rapport with a HB7 and I number-closed 3 of them because they wanted to talk to me more often. My friend k-closed (so I guess I´ve been a good wingman) and my friends told me I should have k-closed too but I only #-closed...
The next few days we got to know our neighbours (which were 5 girls from HB6,5 to HB7,5) and they ended up to be our holidaybuddies. Our whole group connected with all of them in a great way. All of them were reading our copy of The Game during the holiday so I was kind of sceptical with using any routines on them so I didn't really end up sarging them, but I did talk about The Game with them and just had fun with them which warmed me up for opening other sets on the rest of the nights.
Two sets I opened on one night were particularly interesting:
* We were standing on a stage-ish thing inside a club and we were dancing and fucking around with each other. And I looked next to me and there was this HB8 looking at us and copying my dance. So I said to this girl with a smile on my face and a cheeky look in my eyes: 'Are you copying me little girl?' and she was kind of overwhelmed and admitted she was copying me. So I decided to learn her the dance I was doing and she was smiling and having fun with it. But when I finished learning her that dance she walked away and back to her friends so I got back to mine too. I didn't see her again so I think I should have persisted in that set there...
* The second set I opened that night was a 2-set (HB 7 and HB 7,5). The stage I was talking about earlier became the venue of a strip show, but I wasn't interested at all in some girl stripping in a full club so I went to the back of the room. It was easy opening this set because everybody in the club was looking, jaws down and recording the performance, at the stripshow. So I opened with 'look at all those losers' and that was enough for a social hook point. I discovered that the 2 were sisters and the HB7,5 was only 15 (I thought she was 19 :S) and the other girl was 18. Since I am 20 I didn't want to sarge the 15 year old, even though she was the hotter one. So I began talking to the 18 year old girl and I got enough IOI's to build a villa from. So I said I was going back to my friends and asked ´Do you want to kiss me?' and she responded with 'I'm sorry, you are really cute but I have a boyfriend' and I was a bit flabbergasted at first since I got all those IOI's and the only thing I could come up with was 'That was not what I asked but ok' and I said these girls goodbye
On the 5th day I saw the HB7 again from the first day and after having fun with here I got here to sit down, but not alone, she was with 3 of her friends and we all sat down together. It was a stadium like idea and I sat down above her and she sat down beneath me, in between my legs, and we were holding hands and stuff. She laughed at my jokes, even the not funny ones, and she held my hand a lot, also stroking my leg with her hands. Again loads and loads of IOI's and I thought this would be a decent sarge. But since she was beneath me it was hard to k-close, also because her friends were beside me. So I decided I'd go for the k-close when she was about to go out. While she was walking away I said 'Don't I get a goodbye kiss or what?' and she said she was dating a guy for 5 months at home and she didn't want to ruin it on holiday. And so I ended up with just a kiss on the cheek and being disappointed about it.
I did get a Fool's Mate k-close with some HB7 but that was nothing really, I saw her the next day and we just laughed/smiled at each other with the same thought that it was just a Fool's Mate.
Questions:
1) If you and your friend are standing somewhere in a bar, and a #-set is standing close to you for no deliberate reason (proximity) then the girl who's back is towards you is interested. But how do you know if she is interested in you or your friend you're standing with?
2) What's an easy way of finding out if she has a boyfriend? Is it simply asking 'Do you have a boyfriend' or does that telegraph too much interest?
3) How do you recover from the 2 times your k-close technique gets rejected like in the 2-set and the girl in the stadium?
