Well for the first problem I would suggest reading some of David Shade's material. By the second sentence/problem, however I get the impression that you are completely new to the whole wild and wacky PUA community, so i'd start of by reading 'The Game' by neil strauss. Which is a great introduction to the whole art, yet by no means a manual.
