I just want day game as I have none!!!

I find it almost impossible to approach on the street and even in a bar.

I've been researching PUA techniques for a while now and can clearly see when I should approach, how I should open but the initial steps of walking up to the target are impossible for me!

I was at a bar yesterday with a friend, I was sitting on a table opposite a potential target. She was cute and with a friend of hers. It felt like someone had wiped all info in my brain coz I couldn't think of anything to say to approach. I later noticed, as she left, that her leg was in a brace, she had broken her foot. That could've been my opener.

I guess I'm worried as I'd run out of things to say.

Is it better to know exactly what to say before you approach? As in, have cues.

In short, I'm asking how I should force myself to approach, and how I can hold the target there and number close.

My feet just feel tied together when I want to approach! It's frustrating

The only remedy is to practise, practise, practise. Go out with a canned opener and DHV story or two but always remember that inner game is key: be alert and use anything you can come up with based on the situation. Take care of your appearance as this will improve your confidence, which is key. If in doubt, just neg.

You can start by asking several girls for the time first. This made things easier for me. My AA problem is still a raging inferno and it will be ages before I can smash it...

So you don't approach because of social pressure - IE you're worried what people think of you. Generically that's what stops people.

Why?

Okay, don't approach anybody. Wear a dress on your next shopping trip and act like you don't care what people think (preferably ACTUALLY don't care). If you do this, make a mental note of how girls look at you. They may laugh, but it's still a look of attraction by admiration.
