I am assuming your question is focus on the topic of building kino esculation and comfort. Comfort does not precede kino esculation. Kino was backward engineered by Mystery when he examined how men get women use to their touch, and progressively move the courtship forward.
My advice, is kino should begin within A-1 or at the least very least A2 when your building attraction. Touch her hand for a moment when you begin a story, or brush her hair or use her body somehow as a instrument during one of your value-building routines.
The objective: Kino and comfort compliment eachother, rather than neccesarly precede or follow from each other.
After you get attraction and move into comfort, I believe your kino should naturally progress into more prolonged touches, finger holding, etc.
hope this helps,

If you haven't touched anyone in the set within the first 2-3 minutes, then when you do start trying to touch them, it's gonna set off warning bells that you want something. If you touch them from the very start when you greet them, when you make points in stories, or the punchline of a joke, then you're gonna show them that you're a touchy person and any bells that may go off will just be drowned out in the initial confusion that the start of the interaction often creates in people. _________________ "The 'Brick Walls' are there to allow you to prove how badly you want something!" ~ Randy Pausch
