So,
I have a friend who works out at the same gym as me, she is a former college classmate of mine.

She's easily a HB10+ (brunette), a competitive women's body builder, not bulging huge, but she probably has more muscle mass and a lower body fat percentage than me, and most guys.

She's nice as can be, wouldn't hurt a fly, we talk all the time in the gym, I have her number, and we've met once there just to chillin the sauna.

I'm having trouble thinking of how I can make the next move without her just laughing in my face saying "you're so just a friend, I mean, look at you"

Have you read the book "THE GAME"? In the book ther are steps it shows you that will let you know when or If a girl is into you and what to do If she and when she is....If you have not picked the book up then you must!

First of all you need to get out of your mind that she will turn you down and act like you can have any women or you will melt like butter when you talk to her and look like an idot!

Im not a pro yet but Ther are basic steps you can take....first thing first walk up to her smiling! this helps show you are confident. Start with simple opener like "Hey you look like your working hards" or even "hey whats up"....simple! Next you should come with s "Neg" a neg is an insult / complement at the same time and it will keep her guessing! try somthing like "I think you have somthing on your cheek" or "I have never noticed this but your teeth remind me of bugs bunny"....wait a few seconds then tell her its cute. Then I would right away tell her you have to go finish your work out and walk away....this will keep her wondering If you like her or not. Now at the end of your work out walk back up to her and throw out another "Neg" somthing like "Are you fallowing me?" and then laugh....then simply before you go ask her If she would like to grab a coffie some time (say this with confidence and keep eye contact!) 99% of the time she sould say yes....then you get her number and leave. If she says "I have a bf" then you say "Its just coffie Im not asking you to marry me" and or If she says no then just leave....some time you win and somtimes you loose just dont let it get you down.

Its funny man, because i see the gym like an untapped gold mine..

So many girls there that i get ioi's from but have not asked out a single one, i keep it as neutral territory. I got one girls number but haven't called it. I actually see these two people there all the time, this body builder girl that's real cute who sounds kind of similar to the girl you describe and this very large dude who looks like he was in the army and has a maltese cross tatooed on him..

these two are always fighting. the girl flirts with me a lot, initiated by her, and the dude gets pissed every time. then the girl gets pissed and looks to me for approval or whatever.

i do nothing at all. It sucks because there are so many hot women, giving ioi's, looking very good in revealing gym clothes, but just think how often you have to see that person. Obviously you are from your comment here, even though who cares if she laughs in your face? Honestly man, if she laughs in your face, that is entirely up to her and it is her right to act as she wishes just like you're right to want her.

I'm telling you though, what YOU do if she laughs in your face is what makes or breaks it. If you take it personally, get insulted, get defensive, or in any way let it affect you negatively, you lose. If you smile and laugh, perhaps turn it around back on her in a funny and comical way where her laugh turns warm, you win. Serisouly
