You just have to get rid of AA. You should go up to 10 random girls tomorrow and just start a conversation about anything, it does not matter. The more times you do it, you should experience less AA.

Now, what should you talk about? Absolutely anything. I like to use situational openers because I think they flow best, but if you want to, you could browse around this site and find a few great canned openers.

Also before you approach a girl, when you start to feel scared ask yourself why you feel scared. There is no plausible reason. Seriously why are you afraid? Is she going to yell at you to leave her alone? No. Turn that negative energy into positive energy and go for it!!!

dude, its just a girl! Just tell yourself that you dont give a shit what she thinks and just be nice. Ask her how she's doin that day, make reference to the obvious, give her a compliment, and then introduce urself. Go from there, GAME it. Its just a girl so stop caring about their opinion, cuz unless they go to school with you or work with you, chances are you'll never see them again so who gives a shit. Just a girl............
