As for negging, its a way to show disinterest, so once she's attracted and you're trying to show her that you're attracted, you don't want to be showing disintrest and have her begin to think lose attraction at this point. Kino is generally never bad. Something as simple as you touching her hands or arms while talking. Putting your hand on her shoulder this is all kino and will get her used to you touching her.
