I'm sure this has been asked a million times. I just wanted some different techniques to number close. I usually try the direct approach of "Okay, put your number in my phone". It works most of the time, but I want to experiment with different methods.

A pretty standard one is

'Look ive got to go meet my friends now but is there anyway we could continue this another time'

You arent directly asking for it, but it gives them the chance to suggest it. If you have built enough attraction and comfort they will always say 'let me give you my number'

I saw a good thread on it, I think it was in the PUA lounge.

The one I like is where you have your phone out and kind of looking disinterested. Ask her name, whack it in your phone. Then give your phone to her and she'll know what to do!

Gotta love it!

Tell her you're going to give her your number, and as she types it in, say in a C&F way "i've already got about 10 (insert target's name) in my phone! Dial my number and your's will be clear."

Your phone rings. You have her digits.

Im a Newb myself however I found an easier thing to go for is too get them to add them on Facebook once you got that a number close is easy. I find that once online after a bit of flirting you simply give them your no and tell they're going out with you, it comes across as cocky and confident and they rarely turn it down.

An example is when I was talking to a girl in a club last week however got interrupted by one of her friends and didn't get chance to get her number, however we had already mentioned adding each other on Facebook and I got her name, so I added her on Facebook and after a couple of brief messages decided to take a more direct approach and it went something like this

ME: Hey bit of a random question but what food do you like?

HB: Thats kinda random lol. Anything really...why do u ask?

ME: Just wondered what you fancy eating when we go out next week.
(My Phone number)

HB: (HC Phone Number)
call me x

Needless to say I called and were going out tomorrow nite. I tend to find if you don't close the deal during the meet and you take the facebook as a consolation prize you can close it easier from there.
