Hi guys,

I am struggling to get into this as I have over the past year.

The problem that I am faced with is that I have a girlfriend who I have been with for many years and am happy to be with.

I have however noticed that I am missing some general interaction skills that make me struggle when dealing with women (especially with young attractive ones), and successful men. I think that this stems from a low perception of oneself, but alas that is something for me to work on myself.

The main question I have is how I should approach my PUA training considering I have a GF? Naturally my GF will not be happy if I begin gaming girls around her, so I will have to be careful.

I do not want to get into date situations with girls, I simply want to be able to hold court with girls/guys and be comfortable doing it. In a nutshell, I want to be in a position where if I wanted to escalate a interaction with a girl to a date I could.

Sorry for my ramblings, any comments are welcome.

Just talk to women and number close the guys, arrange to go out for drinks or similar activities.

well i'm a n00b to but i think that you should keep up your game even if you have a girl and it will be easy , fallow the steps of the game but don't go to far with other girls so that your gf will be mad or whatever, keep going from A1 to C3 bout don't go to seduction (S1) that's only if you want something else with them, this will get you to be more of a friend with that person but nothing else unless they are all over you thats something else, if so then just let them know you got a girl, try it works for me and if your girl asks, you have nothing to hide because you just making friends.
