I was thinking of something like:

HB: (whatever)
PUA: Know what, this isn't working. How about ice-cream this saturday. I'll meet you at [somewhere] at [time]. Cool?
I'm pretty new at this so all advice will be welcome.

I think you need a little more work.
But just schedule it be like 'hey im going in the city for a hour next weekend, looking at < bla bla > wouldn’t mind a side kick or partner in crime!'
