How well do affirmations work? If I made an audio file saying a bunch of affirmations and put that on repeat for a week, would my beliefs change?

I don't know homie... YOU tell US!?!?! Think, my man, of a task that you could do on a regular basis.
One that you could effectively complete without trying.
A task taht, no matter which way you chose to finish, would find it's self completed in exactly the manner you saw it completed in!
IN every singular way that you envision behind your eyes.
In every way you would share said completed task with your family, family of friends, acquaintances, targets.... 'agh... ahem... did I say: TARGETS "

Dude.. whatever you feel you must do to bolster your confidence...
MAKE IT SO!!!! We're ALL with you... that's why we're here..... er, well...
YEAH.... thats why WE'RE here. to affirmatively tell you that you're a bad ass, and can bend the world to your will.

Affirmations are very important! Don't record your self and listen to it later. Write your affirmations on a paper. Read them every morning when you wake up in front of a mirror. Make sure you visualize this and to really feel it.
