I think by either reputation, number of posts, number of votes or by special invite from Master PUA's or moderators.

You have to join the Private Member Zone (PMZ). You'll see that some of us have PMZ Member written below our names on the left.

There should be a link somewhere on the homepage to join, and if I remember correctly it costs about £20 for lifetime membership...
