Dude, same shit happens to me! The responses I get are always "I dunno...I dunno...I dunno" and if I joke with them they take me seriously and start to get guilty or apologetic. If I try to get them to qualify themselves they immediately assume that I hate them. Just when I learn to build confidence and self esteem, I learn that girls are extremely insecure and have no confidence or self esteem at all. I really don't know what I could be doing wrong... I like that lax, come to think of it the wording I use kind of puts them on the spot and maybe making them a bit uncomfertable. Where as your way leads them with the first which is good energy making it easier for them to add to the list instead of creating a list. Cheers for that dude.
