I have a huge problem which im currently in the process of correcting. I cant approach worth shit!!!!! Everything else i think i got it in the bag but im just to nervous to approach a girl! I hear all the time from girls that im very good looking, got nothing to worry about, blah blah. But see the problem is, ive been the nice guy all the way up untill now. Im 19 and need to begin to dive into this.

So im here to ask on what would be some good confidence building exercises to get me on my way to being an established PUA? A noobie exercise. Im currently reading The Game which was passed on by a friend and im addicted to becoming a guru at this now.

Go out and say hi to everyone . Go to stores and talk to the staff, etc...

I'm gonna give you the same advice that was given to me from my mentor when I was in your position. Stop being a bitch and talk to her. Thats all. Hope it helps, you really have nothing to fear except lost chances that you let slip by every time you don't say something to that beautiful girl you desire.

Have something prepared to say! than reherse it infront of the mirror a few times, look at your body language and posture! than go out and do it! Comit to go in there no matter what! The feeling dosn't really go away! confidence helps you through it however! even if you fail or pass.
