Im great at negging a girl but ive never really known if you definately need to throw in a compliment after or before a neg, is it a necessity?
Oh and after ive negged a girl and got her interest what sort of thing should I say, in terms of escalating sexual interest?

A neg is basically a back-handed compliment. Shows that you aren't putting the girl on the pedestal. By complimenting after, it'd show you aren't displaying alpha qualities and sort of putting her back up on that pedestal.

But what I want to know is, if they respond negatively to the neg, then what should you do to come back from it?

Just change the subject, as long as you don't let it sit in her mind for too long you will be fine.
