Recording Sarges - Legal Issues?

I've been thinking about recording my sarges, however I don't know about the legal issues that are associated with doing that. I just wanted to know whether or not iit's legal to record a sarge. I'm guessing I need their consent before I can release it online?

Thats true , but I don't think they will find out that you were recording and that you upload it.
