I went out with this girl a few times, and arranged to meet again.

She flacked. So, I told her to hit me up when she was ready.

Shes text twice over the course of two weeks (some bullshit about I've been out of town), and I haven't responded.

I want to close, but I don't know what to do.

well definantly she does look like shes flaking on you so you should just either go find another girl or continue with this one and just try to keep attracting her in a non insecure/needy way and she will come around eventually capish :)
