Ok, so I live in a small town and I am fairly new to the game. I own a thriving small business and have little time to get out.

With that said, I am eager to expand my social horizons by defeating long standing approach anxiety. But as easy as it is to say I can simply talk to people, I am seeking a wingman/mentor to keep me accountable via this forum or the internet.

A bit about me:

Age: 26

Business: I own a personal training gym

The good: Columbia University grad, fitness model, own my own business, loyal, ambitious and a quick study

The bad: Tied to a busy schedule (limited social time), limited venues to meet women (live in a small town)

Goal: To become more direct and assertive with women and people in general.

Any advice/comments/suggestions would be appreciated from those willing to take a chance on a newbie. In exchange, I am willing to offer online fitness advice/training if this is of any interest.

I plan to begin a log of my trials and tribulations, but I would appreciate homework/direction from my more experienced peers.
