white teeth are certainly a good thing.

however, I've used those strips before. they sure as heck work, but my god they can hurt really bad. and they make your teeth VERY sensitive.

it can' be healthy

I've read coutless times that women really appreciate a nice smile with white teeth. i don't think 'really' white is necessary, just NOT yellow

Dude, if you think that they're yellow, they probably are.

I've used Crest Whitestrips, they work, try them before you go all out and spend a ton of cash on bleaching.

Yeah use crest whitestrips, there orthadontist approved.
And if you doubt yours at all, why not get whiter teeth for the hell of it?
