Isn't there a section in my profile that shows me what I posted, where I posted, and how many I posted? Other forums I've been on has this. I want to post a new topic in other discussions but it says I have to post 30 first. And does this 30 include replies that I posted in other discussions?

Underneath your Avitar is the # and it say 30, so you should be good.

Lol I am wanting to post on the NLP, so I got to post 15 times, lol.

Athe forum home page, on the top right you will see posts and something else under it. its written in blace, and with this grey background, easy to overlook.
