Confidence!

All of the tips, techniques, openers, negs, etc. are useless if you don't have confidence to get you talking to the girl and keep you in the conversation, looking and feeling strong.

This is an issue of mine, being very self-conscious.

How do I get over this?

How did you?

It's pointless for me to learn anything, if it's difficult to let it all out and use it.

there are no magical ways to get over your AA except to get some balls and suck it up and go for it. who cares what the outcome of the interaction is, the point is ur getting practice. the more approaches you do, the more confident you'll get about it. its that simple.

You just take the leap and make yourself open some sets. Once you've done it a couple times, you realise there is nothing to be afraid of and so it makes it a lot easier, but you'll never completely get rid of it; even Mystery has AA, as he has admitted on camera.

Well, going back to an even more basic level than that, if you're not feelin the mojo, you might need to go back to the drawing board with your style. I learned at a pretty young age that I feel impervious when I know I know I look really fucking good. At least once in life, every man should do himself the favor of looking his VERY best, just to know the electricity it puts into one's veins and the jolt it puts in one's step.
