Posts: 9 | | I think the hottest babe in the office has it on with me. I am used to think that these kinds of girls are out of my league (I know this is wrong attitude.. but hey Im beinh honest about it and I want to change!)
So Im a bit paralyzed when I have to flirt back with her and take action. This is paralyzing and frustrating - what do you do in this situation? If she wasnt as hot as she is, she'd be in my bed already.

Location: South East Englnd | | Well this is going to sound a bit strange but it works for me. Imagine her as the girl you aren't afraid to flirt with i.e. your mates sister, a geek you were friends with in school. At the end of the day, she's just a person so don't feel pressured.
I find it easiest when you develope a story e.g. in jokes. An example from my life is a girl at work has those thick rimmed librarian glasses. So we started a thing where she's an emo. Took the edge off of things. Also keep it between you two. Creates a bit of tension if people ask! Yes ,I did close her.
