I seem to attract a fair bit of attention when i do something as simple as wear a hat in a club or a pair of sunnies with a bit of diffrence to them. My wardrobe is naturally filled with novelties and the one line T shirts etc... so i am used to a few general questions or slack that one gets for wearing these things. When i do something like the sunnies or hat or both i attract ALOT of "tough guys" calling me gay or a wanna be pimp or whats with the face. I dont seem to be too good at dismissing or accepting the comments, and most arent compliments and have tried to shrug them off with a simple up myself or cocky response, but they dont seem to work. I was wondering if i could get some help on some common responses to pay outs from amogs or even chicks about peacocking accesories.

Chicks also seem to "dig" the peacocking things and i find i am constantly getting things snatched off my head while dancing etc... or even talking to sets. Is this something I'm doing wrong to make people think they can snatch things off my head and get away with it? DO i want to chase down people that run offwith my stuff straight away... how do i adress a few of these problems... cause opening on a girl who gives IOIs when she "steals" the items is jsut playful and takes a no brainer to work out she's keen and ready for an opener... but people jsut looking to take the items and just have fun by themselves or in their group is bugging me. Trying to get them with negs around manners, or qualifiying themselves to get a chance with the hat is easy neough... but when they are snatched... HELP!

Inner Game. Take a break from Mystery Method and get into Deangelo or some other Inner Game-focused guru.

If you're gonna peacock or use any other Outer Game method, you'll need a centered core of Inner Game to back it up. You need to genuinely not be phased by AMOGs who make fun of your funny hats.

Inner Game will also give you an internal guideline you can refer to in ANY situation. Sure, I can tell you what you can specifically do or say when an AMOG disses you or when a girl steals your hat, but it's better to teach a man how to fish than to just give him a fish.

I'm guessing these aggressive AMOG's aren't AMOG's by strict definition, but rather testosterone filled, alcohol fueled punks looking for nothing but a fight, right? And as for those guys I'm not sure what to do unless you can kick their asses

When I read Allen Pease's body language book I learn that in set peoples feet will point toward the person who's running the conversation - the Alpha. If you have such a status and an AMOG enters he'll be looking to steal the power in the conversation by interupting with something like
"nice hat, where'd you get it"
You need to show to the group that this won't phase you, by acknowledging him but not acknowledging his value. eg
"thanks," then turning back to the group "anyway..." and continuing your story.

The Basics? maintain higher value - Alpha status, by not acknowledging his.
