We must remember two important guidelines in any exercise routine without weights (or with them): The effectiveness lies in constancy . The constancy (a circuit three times a week) is much more productive than the intensity (three circuits only on Sundays). In every exercise it is important that we control our breathing . We must stay oxygenated. We must keep our attention on inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. Here's a video we've created to introduce the routine here.
