Just what path would that choose to be? If you care to in order to Vince Delmonte, the author of this program, it's definately not the path that typical bodybuilders indicate or the particular path nutritionists might suggest to then you. As far as Delmone is concerned, a lot of the advice due to champion bodybuilders is dangerous. In fact, they probably would likely tell for you to do what they've done, dropping the vital aspect of genetics. Oh yea, along with the illegal medication.
