In my office there is a hot girl and I have a crush on her. She has got an amazing butt bcz of that all guys are looking at her. She knows that I have a crush on her and sometimes she look at me and smiles. Sometime when we meet face to face she looks at me smiles and looks down. Help me how can I speak with her and how to get her. I want advice for how to start a conversation with her.
P.S. She is senior than me and she is working in a good department also.

This is not what you want to hear. You want some magic potion from us but here's what to do : Go out and meet women in your life. Only then will you have the ability to reliably attract and date the other random women who catch your eye.

I hv seduced lot of girls before but here situation is different. I dont have a method to start conversation with her. I need help for that.

Do the same thing you did to get with the other women then. Literally the same exact things. Flirt/engage/invite out/etc. Mindful that you're fixing to dip your pen in the company ink.
