This won't work for all type of girls, but for the girls that are obviously flirting with you, please do yourself a favor and invite her over for some wine, or whatever the girl is into. This is how one night stands happen as well in real life. Same shit. She is flirting a bit more than normal, you tease that girl and get her home. The more mental masturbation is done, the more she will start to think that either she isn't hot enough or you just don't know shit.
