I had an idate recently it just crossed mine I rent out my spare room on AirBNB do you think having a stranger in my house is going to make it harder to get a girl back into bed?

OP don't announce it to her. If the guest is out of their room when the two of you arrive, just introduce her like it's no big deal. Use it to your advantage: You have to go in your room with her for privacy in case the AirBnb peeps come out for a glass of water.
