Simplify your openers so you don't need to memorize a bunch and say a lot. Take it one small step at a time and approach a lot more in your normal day-to-day activities. When you get your groceries at the supermarket, say "Hi" to every girl you meet inside as you do your shopping. Start with the sales crew to build momentum and then with the other customers.

Sales Crew 1: Not sure. Just your normal kind of chicken I guess.
You: Thank you.

Move to the next crew.

You: Hi. What would you recommend as the best dandruff shampoo for men? I'm switching brands.
Sales Crew 2: Head and Shoulders.
You: I'm currently using that. What's a better alternative? Head and Shoulders isn't working well for me.
Sales Crew 2: Hmm. Mane n Tail. It's a lot more expensive but many say it works for men as well. It's intended for horses.
You: I see. Thank you.

Open a hot customer.

You: Hi.
Hot Customer: Hello.

Get comfortable with the process and up the ante when you're already very comfortable opening a lot of women. Start small. Keep it simple. Practice a lot on live people.
